Home Detoxification Process

 

❤️Nourish and treat with vegetable and fruit juice from liquid food ingredients that still retain enzymes, minerals and vitamins..

❤️Exercise, sunbathe, steam and massage

In order to reduce the burden on the body, it is necessary to re-establish important functions in the body that have been used for a long time, causing blockage, blood vessel congestion, swelling, and pain in the joints and muscles...

 

Detoxification through three pathways:

.Defecation (solid)

.Urine and sweat (fluid)

.Airway (slow deep breathing)

 

📣Depending on each person's wishes, health and medical condition, they can participate in detoxification at home:

Choose to do it in 1-2 days, 3-4 days or 6-7 days

 

About home detox drinks:

 

👉1- LAXATION: (drink after waking up from 5-7am)

1-1/2 teaspoon sea salt (NACl)

1-2 fresh green lemons

1 cup warm water 500ml

1-2 teaspoons of Psyllium husk

After 30 minutes, drink 100ml of warm water + 1 teaspoon of Epsom salt (uses to dilate the gallbladder ducts)

 

👉2- Coffee enema (cleanse the colon with coffee)

After drinking warm water, massage to stimulate intestinal peristalsis, stimulate reflex areas on the hands and feet, and breathe deeply to bring air to the colon.

Go to the toilet naturally as much as possible.

Then do a colon cleanse with a Cafe enema (colon cleansing instructions video link)

 

After cleaning the colon, take probiotics before breakfast.

 

👉3- Nourishing and therapeutic breakfast (time 7-9am)

Food stored in freezer (naturally defrost 6 hours before drinking)

 

In breakfast there are 6 basic flavors, but on normal days we only choose a few main flavors such as salty, sweet, sour, spicy, and lack bitterness.

In whole fruits, the mineral and fiber content is found in the seed coat and branches:

Eg: chia seeds, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon, ginger, cucumber….

The above ingredients act as a catalyst to clean away fungi and mucus that adhere to the intestinal wall and clear the digestive system for easier excretion.

 

👉4-Nourishing Lunch: time 11-13h

Store in freezer (defrost naturally within 6 hours)

Ingredients:

Eg: Beetroot, Carrot, Radishes, White Radish, Celery, Pumpkin, Purple Cabbage, Ginger, Sweet Potato, Potato, Salt, Kale...

After drinking nourishing water, you need to rest for 30 minutes so that your body can absorb the most energy and metabolize nutrients.

 

👉5- Afternoon enzyme water (drink time from 5-6pm)

. Store in refrigerator only.

👉 Liver and Gallbladder Cleansing Oil: drink on the evening of the 3rd day

Store in freezer (defrost naturally 6 hours before drinking)

Time 21:30- 22:00

Ingredients: 120-150ml coconut oil/olive oil/sesame oil

.1-2 green lemons with peel

.120ml grapefruit juice

. 1/2 passion fruit, seeded

. Pink salt/ epsom salt

Note: when participating in home cleansing for best results

Participants need to strictly adhere to eating liquid foods, drinking warm water, exercising, sunbathing, and getting adequate rest.

.Must ensure to defecate at least 3 times a day during the first 3 days of cleansing.

If you have more than 3 loose stools, do not use laxatives or colonics.

If you cannot go more than 3 times a day, you must have a colonic enema to help loosen the stool and clean out any long-standing deposits.

 

To get the best results on the third day of drinking liver cleansing oil (Clean intestines will clean the liver)

2 sun exposure hours: morning 9-10am

Afternoon 3-5pm to help the liver detoxify through the skin

 

Combine steam therapy and soak your buttocks in warm herbal salt water (if available)

📣 Limit the use of Western medicine and functional foods during cleansing days

 

📣Do not drink cold water, bottled CoCa, alcohol, coffee...

📣Do not eat other foods besides the detox juice
